Key Responsibilities

• Process vehicle registrations, titles, licenses, and property tax payments accurately

• Handle cash, card, and check transactions with precision

• Verify identification and required documents for accuracy and compliance

• Enter and manage sensitive data in secure state systems

• Maintain accurate daily financial records

• Provide friendly, clear, and efficient customer assistance at the service counter

• Participate in training and follow established procedures to ensure quality service

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates with a blend of customer service experience and strong administrative discipline:

• High school diploma or GED (U.S.-accredited)

• 6+ months of recent, in-person customer service experience with consistent cash-handling

• Ability to type 30+ WPM

• Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of professionalism

• Strong reliability and consistency in attendance

• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced, public-facing environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $15.00 per hour (paid weekly)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (occasional Saturdays; limited travel to nearby offices)
