Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll contribute to high-quality production work and ensure precision in every weld. Your day-to-day will include:

• Performing MIG welding on carbon steel

• Using a spool gun MIG to weld aluminum components

• Carrying out minor fitting tasks to support fabrication needs

• Assisting team members where needed to meet production goals

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace while following OSHA standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of welding experience (carbon steel MIG required, aluminum preferred)

• Proficiency with spool gun MIG welding

• Basic fitting/fabrication skills

• Strong focus on accuracy and quality workmanship

• Team player who is dependable, safety-minded, and willing to assist where needed
