Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find an experienced Warranty Administrator in Duluth, GA. In this customer-focused and detail-oriented role, you will be responsible for supporting a nationwide dealer network, administering warranty claims, collaborating with field personnel, and helping ensure a high level of service across the organization. In a Warranty Administrator job you'll be responsible for:

• Administering dealer network warranty claims with the parent company and outside vendors

• Assisting field personnel in resolving warranty and registration issues

• Processing dealership claims for payment from outside vendors

• Auditing, correcting, editing, and processing warranty claims for credit

• Providing warranty information and support for machinery-related inquiries

• Assisting dealerships throughout all stages of the warranty claim filing process

• Communicating with dealers and internal personnel primarily through phone and electronic media

What you'll need:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar warranty administration or related role

• Be mechanically inclined

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

• Ability to effectively communicate and resolve issues via phone and electronic communication

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

• Dealership operations experience is a plus
