In a Warehouse Supervisor job you’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily warehouse operations and workflow
- Managing, training, and supporting warehouse associates
- Communicating effectively with team members and leadership in both English and Mandarin
- Ensuring inventory accuracy and proper documentation
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment
- Monitoring productivity and meeting operational goals
What you’ll need:
- Prior warehouse leadership or supervisory experience
- Ability to speak, read, and write Mandarin and English
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with inventory systems or WMS preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
- Problem-solving ability and a team-first mindset
