In this rewarding, hands-on role, you will be responsible for preparing, spraying, and finishing high-quality exterior shutters for a premier residential construction company. In a Warehouse Paint Sprayer job you'll be responsible for:

• Operating airless or HVLP paint sprayer equipment to evenly coat exterior shutters.

• Prepping exterior shutters, including sanding, cleaning, and masking surfaces before application.

• Staging, moving, and organizing materials safely throughout the warehouse facility.

• Inspecting finished exterior shutters to ensure consistent coverage and high quality.

• Maintaining, cleaning, and troubleshooting paint sprayer machinery and warehouse tools.

• Supporting general warehouse duties to assist the residential construction project team.

• Adhering to all safety, ventilation, and PPE guidelines inside the warehouse.

What you'll need:

• Proven experience using an industrial or commercial paint sprayer (required).

• Prior warehouse or residential construction experience (preferred).

• Knowledge of paint preparation techniques for exterior wooden or composite shutters.

• Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and quality control skills.

• Ability to handle physical labor, standing, and lifting materials in a warehouse setting.

• Reliable transportation to the job site in Kennesaw, GA.

• Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (DOE)

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
