Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a dependable, organized, and mechanically inclined Warehouse Lead in the Norcross, GA area. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory, and coordinating shipping and receiving. If you have strong leadership skills, commercial HVAC experience, and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity for you!

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Supervise pump assembly and service/repair work, including assigning jobs, tracking progress, and checking quality before equipment goes back out.
• Lead and support warehouse staff by setting daily priorities and keeping the team working together.
• Communicate clearly with coworkers, management, and other departments about schedules, issues, and order status.
• Learn pump assembly and service (mechanical seals, gaskets, nuts & bolts) and take part in it as business needs require.
• Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and orderly

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of Commercial HVAC or Plumbing experience 
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools and equipment
• Effective communicator
• Willing to learn pump assembly and service if needed
• Background in HVAC or plumbing
