Warehouse Team Lead – Monticello, GA

Openwork is currently engaged in a search for a dedicated Warehouse Team Lead in Monticello, GA. This is a hands-on leadership role in a FAST-PACED warehouse environment where you will lead a team, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain a safe, organized, and productive workplace. Candidates must have 2 or more years of lead experience in a similar warehouse or logistics environment.

Pay Rates & Shifts:

  • Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | $17 per hour
  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $18 per hour

In a Warehouse Team Lead role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Supervising daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Training, coaching, and motivating warehouse associates to meet productivity goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Monitoring inventory accuracy and ensuring proper documentation of materials.
  • Promoting and enforcing safety standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensuring daily operations run efficiently while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

What you’ll need:

  • At least 2 years of lead or leadership experience in a similar warehouse or logistics environment (required).
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively lead, coach, and motivate team members.
  • Dependability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
