In a Warehouse Lead job, you’ll be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily warehouse operations, including the staging, loading, and unloading of HVAC blade products.

• Operating both sit-down and reach-lift forklifts to move materials safely through tight rack spaces and production areas.

• Leading a small team to ensure shipping and receiving targets are met while maintaining high morale and safety standards.

• Verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against manifests and internal orders to ensure 100% accuracy.

• Managing inventory flow by organizing stock, performing cycle counts, and identifying discrepancies in the system.

• Collaborating with production supervisors to ensure the manufacturing line has the necessary components without delay.

• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.

• Documenting equipment maintenance logs and reporting any mechanical issues with the lift fleet immediately.

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Lead or in a similar supervisory role within a manufacturing or distribution setting.

• Certified proficiency in operating both Sit-Down Forklifts and Reach Lifts.

• Strong spatial awareness and the ability to maneuver heavy equipment in a busy production environment.

• Technical literacy, including the ability to interpret shipping orders, pick lists, and inventory reports.

• Basic computer proficiency, with a preference for experience in Excel or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Excellent communication skills to effectively lead a team and coordinate with other departments.

• Physical stamina to remain active throughout the shift and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

• Preferred qualifications: Previous experience in HVAC component manufacturing or metal fabrication logistics.
