Warehouse Associate (Part-Time to Full-Time Potential)
Location: Buda, TX
Starting Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Initially Tuesday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Potential to expand to Monday–Friday)

Position Overview:
Openwork is seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Associate to join our team in Buda,TX. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in working efficiently and safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment. If you're a good fit and business needs increase, this position has the potential to expand to full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carefully stack fragile solar panels and prepare them for shipping using auto-strapping and tape

• Bundle and prep 14ft–17ft aluminum rail products using straps and tape

• Restock products on warehouse shelves as needed

• Load and unload trucks using a forklift with precision and care

• Wrap pallets by hand using shrink wrap and prepare for shipment

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse: sweeping, picking up trash, etc.

• Fulfill orders using a handheld scanner to locate and verify parts (training provided)

Requirements:

• Able to lift and move heavy materials safely and consistently

• Comfortable working on your feet and in varying warehouse conditions

• Sit-down forklift experience

• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
