Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Warehouse Associate for a well-established distribution company located in North San Antonio. In this role, you’ll be responsible for assembling cable harnesses, maintaining an organized workspace, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure products meet quality standards and deadlines. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in producing precise, high-quality work.

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be responsible for:

• Assembling cable harnesses with accuracy and attention to detail

• Inspecting and testing components to ensure quality standards are met

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

• Assisting with shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed

• Following safety guidelines and standard operating procedures

• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

• Working occasional overtime as required to meet deadlines

What you’ll need:

• 2–4 years of warehouse or assembly experience

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions

• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional overtime)
