Openwork is currently assisting a leading service provider in their search for a Warehouse Associate/Rebuilder for North West San Antonio. In this role, you will be responsible for refurbishing commercial dish machines and related equipment in a warehouse environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mechanical experience who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting, and working with tools in a stable, growth-oriented environment.
As a Rebuilder, you’ll be responsible for:
- Refurbishing commercial dishwashers and equipment to company standards
- Disassembling, cleaning, repairing, and reassembling machine components
- Using power and hand tools safely and effectively throughout the rebuilding process
- Inspecting equipment and identifying worn or damaged parts for replacement
- Testing refurbished equipment to ensure proper functionality and performance
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assisting with warehouse operations and equipment movement as needed
- Following safety procedures and company operating standards
- Supporting team members and additional branch operations when required
What you’ll need:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 3+ years of experience in assembly, warehouse, general labor, manufacturing, OR technician roles required
- MUST be comfortable working with power and hand tools daily
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the day
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday–Friday
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- $18.00 per hour
- Full-time position
