We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves executing, packing, and shipping specialized equipment, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records and a safe, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment

  • Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment based on customer orders and specifications

  • Ensure accuracy and quality throughout the fulfillment process

• Shipping & Receiving

  • Process incoming vendor shipments and verify contents against documentation

  • Load and unload deliveries and properly store inventory

• Inventory Control

  • Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits

  • Inspect products for damage or defects and report discrepancies

• Equipment Operation

  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks

  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar computer-based tools

• Safety & Organization

  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and compliant workspace

  • Follow all applicable safety procedures, policies, and regulations

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience

  • Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment preferred

• Physical Ability

  • Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items

• Technical Skills

  • Basic computer proficiency; experience with WMS or order-processing systems is a plus

• Additional Background

  • Experience in military or law enforcement roles is considered an advantage, but not required
