Openwork is currently searching for a warehouse associate. In this role, you’ll be primarily responsible for keying locks and helping maintain the overall flow of orders throughout the warehouse. We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable individual who can keep up with order flow and contribute to an efficient, productive team environment.
As a Warehouse Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:
- Keying smart key locks accurately and efficiently
- Reading and fulfilling orders while maintaining a steady and productive pace
- Recognizing patterns and anticipating upcoming work rather than focusing only on the task in front of you
- Maintaining organization and accuracy in all warehouse processes
- Assisting with general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and inventory handling
What you’ll need:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Mechanical aptitude; comfortable working with small parts and hand tools
- Ability to learn, recognize, and remember a wide variety of products and components
- Self-motivated with the ability to stay on task and keep work moving
- Good problem-solving skills and situational awareness
- Previous warehouse or lock/keying experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
