Meador an Openwork Company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join a busy shipping and warehouse team in La Porte, TX. This is a fast-paced position where you will be responsible for picking customer orders, receiving and unloading shipments, loading products, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable using an RF scanner, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload and unpack incoming shipments and import containers
• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using an RF scanner
• Remove packages from conveyor lines and organize products onto pallets
• Assist with loading and shipping activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Sweep floors, remove garbage and cardboard, and keep shelves and equipment organized
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• RF scanner experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills; experience with MACS is a plus
• Flexible and willing to assist with various warehouse duties

Pay: $17/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
