Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Forklift Operator for a warehouse facility located in Bastrop, Texas. In this role, you’ll be responsible for safely operating a forklift to move, load, and organize materials throughout the warehouse while supporting daily operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

As a Forklift Operator, you’ll be responsible for:

• Operating a forklift to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse

• Moving products to and from storage areas, staging areas, and delivery trucks

• Ensuring materials are stored properly and inventory is organized

• Performing daily equipment checks and reporting any mechanical or safety issues

• Assisting with picking, packing, and staging orders as needed

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment throughout the warehouse

• Following all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

• Supporting team members with general warehouse duties as required

What you’ll need:

• Previous forklift operating experience preferred

• Ability to safely move and handle warehouse materials

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or move for extended periods

• Strong attention to safety and detail

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Perks:

• Pay: $16.50 per hour

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule

• Stable full-time hours
