In a Warehouse Associate job you’ll be responsible for:

• Ensuring customer satisfaction through careful, complete, timely, and accurate processing of merchandise

• Preparing merchandise by pulling, opening, and inspecting products; identifying and correcting defects 

• Preparing merchandise for customer pickup and safely loading into vehicles

• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including sweeping aisles and removing packing materials

• Receiving merchandise from semis, containers, and packages, and storing it in the correct location

• Placing floor samples as directed by the display department 

• Emptying trash cans as needed

• Overseeing the uncrating, inspection, and preparation of merchandise 

• Ensuring returned or exchanged merchandise is properly processed and signed off by management

• Inspecting all merchandise and reporting issues to management to maintain company standards 

• Participating in physical inventories and assisting in training other employees

• Performing additional tasks as requested by management and supporting team initiatives

What you’ll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

• Ability to lift and carry up to 250 pounds and occasionally up to 150 pounds

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and professionalism

• Ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and use hands and fingers for extended periods

• Good vision, hearing, and communication skills

• Driving experience: 2 years preferred

• Driver's license preferred
