What You Can Expect

• 1st shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Possible overtime, including occasional Saturdays

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support assembly team on 1st shift
• Strong experience operating a sit-down forklift to move heavy wooden reels and other materials
• Assign daily tasks and monitor production
• Train employees on safety and assembly procedures
• Ensure quality standards are met
• Read work orders and follow production schedules
• Help resolve production issues as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Assist with assembly work and materials when needed

Qualifications

• Previous sit down forklift, and warehouse experience REQUIRED

• Strong reliability and consistent attendance

• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

• Detail-oriented and able to follow written and verbal instructions

• Comfortable working in a labor-intensive, non-climate-controlled environment
