Openwork is hiring Warehouse Associates for an established company opening a new facility in Houston, TX 77032, near IAH Airport.

Our client has been in business for over 60 years, with more than 29 locations nationwide. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on warehouse work and following established procedures.

This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering competitive benefits and long-term career potential.

Position Details

• Location: Houston, TX 77032 | Near IAH Airport

• Pay: $15.00 per hour

• Employment: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM–6:30 AM

Schedule Requirements:

• Must be available to work any of the three shifts.

• Two consecutive days off each week, typically weekdays.

• Weekend availability is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, sort, and process returned airline materials.

• Assemble and prepare flight kits for airline operations.

• Receive and prepare airline laundry for shipment (no washing required).

• Organize materials for restocking, cleaning, or disposal.

• Follow warehouse safety procedures and quality standards.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and daily work logs.

• Keep work areas clean and organized.

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication and listening skills.

• Dependable attendance and ability to follow instructions.

• Comfortable working in a structured warehouse environment.

• Must be flexible to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, including weekends.

• Ability to meet pre-employment requirements.

• Sit-down forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements & Dress Code

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to stand and remain active for 8 hours or longer.

• Dress Code: Company-provided T-shirt, black pants or black cargo shorts below the knee, and black sneakers.
