Meador an Openwork Company is currently hiring an experienced Vertical CNC Machinist who can handle full setups and make on-the-floor program edits. If you’re a self-sufficient machinist who takes pride in precision and efficiency, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
Perform full setups and operate vertical CNC mills
Edit programs at the machine (G-code adjustments)
Read blueprints and maintain tight tolerances
Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
Troubleshoot and optimize machining processes
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of vertical CNC machining experience
Strong setup and editing skills
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
Programming experience is a big plus, but not required
Train on day shift (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM) for 1–2 weeks
Move to night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) after training (manager approval required)
