TRAINING SPECIALIST (Software Implementation)

 

The Company:

Our client is a global leader in chemicals who is implementing a new software to improve efficiency and processes. We’re seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver training that drives user adoption across the organization.

The compensation for this role begins at $45/hr and increases dependent on skillset. Work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM based out of The Woodlands area.

 

The Goal:

The Training Specialist will develop engaging learning content and deliver effective training sessions to ensure employees can confidently use new software. This role works closely with project and business teams to create clear, practical training resources.

 

Daily Duties

• Develop training strategies, curricula, and documentation to support adoption.
• Create modules, guides, videos, and instructor-led materials.
• Deliver training virtually and in-person to diverse user groups.
• Gather feedback and update content for continuous improvement.
• Support training and updates as new features roll out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, PREFERRED
• 5+ years of proven TRAINING SPECIALIST experience, REQUIRED
• Proficiency with e-learning tools and LMS platforms, REQUIRED
