Position Overview:
Openwork is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator in Spartanburg. This position is for 3rd shift, with required training on either 1st or 2nd shift prior to transitioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor production machinery.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
  • Load materials and maintain proper machine function.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
Qualifications:
  • Previous machine operating experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to train on 1st or 2nd shift before moving to 3rd shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Dependable attendance and willingness to learn.
