Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:15 PM

What You’ll Be Doing
- Test and evaluate HVAC systems for performance, safety, and reliability
- Set up and configure test stands based on engineering specifications
- Use diagnostic tools to identify system issues and inconsistencies
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents
- Document test data, observations, and results accurately
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve system performance
- Assist with building and modifying testing setups
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of test equipment
What You Bring
- 2+ years of commercial HVAC experience required
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience using gauges, thermometers, and pressure tools
- Mechanical aptitude with hand and power tools
- Ability to read technical documentation and schematics
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Preferred Background
- HVAC technical training or trade school
- EPA Certification
Work Environment
- Hands-on technical setting working with HVAC systems and testing equipment
- Physically active role with standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs
