Test Operator – Olive Branch, MS
Pay: $18.50/hr + $2 Differential Shift + Bonus Opportunities
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 4:15 PM – 12:45 AM

Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working with technology? Join our team as a Test Operator and play a key role in ensuring the quality and functionality of server systems. We’re looking for motivated individuals ready to start ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot circuits, components, and mechanical assemblies
• Test and troubleshoot assemblies and final systems to ensure proper functionality
• Perform setup and testing of more complex systems and assemblies
• Follow Test Process Instructions (TPI) and Statements of Work (SOW)
• Complete rework on assemblies and systems as needed
• Document findings and prepare reports with recommended solutions
• Assist with additional tasks such as unpacking, packaging, labeling, and crating

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of related experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, data entry)
• Familiarity with computer components and handling
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working on ladders or stools
• High school diploma or GED required
