Job Title: Test Operator (Data Servers)

Shift & Pay:
- 1st Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM | $17.50/hr
- 2nd Shift: 4:15 PM – 12:45 AM | $19.50/hr
Job Summary:
Openwork is currently seeking a Test Operator to support the testing and troubleshooting of data server systems. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on technical experience and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Perform set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies
- Test and troubleshoot assemblies and final systems
- Set up and test more complex systems and mechanical assemblies
- Follow Test Process Instructions (TPI)
- Interpret Statements of Work (SOW) to determine test specifications, methods, and procedures
- Complete rework on assemblies and systems as needed
- Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions
- Assist with additional tasks including unpacking, packaging, labeling, and crating
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of related experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Familiarity with computer components and proper handling
- Ability to lift, push, and/or move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working on ladders or stools
- High school diploma or GED required
