Join our growing team! We are currently hiring Test Operators for our 3rd shift. This is a hands-on technical role working with circuits, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot circuits, instruments, and mechanical assemblies

• Perform testing on assemblies and final systems

• Follow Test Process Instructions (TPI) and Statements of Work (SOW)

• Complete rework and document technical findings

• Assist with unpacking, labeling, and packaging as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of related technical or manufacturing experience

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to follow written procedures and instructions

• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, databases)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• High school diploma or GED required

Pay & Schedule

• 3rd Shift (Graveyard)

• Pay range: $20.50 – $25.00/hour, based on experience and skill level
