The Pasadena branch of Meador Staffing has partnered with a local college to add an temporary IT Help Desk employee to their team.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Analyze problems/issues.
- Maintain communication with customers of progress, driving issues though resolution Supports the management of the ITS Service Level agreement including ownership of the document, change control and its communication to the college's customers and ITS Staff Supports the investigation and the communication for the reasons for outages of tier 1, college wide ITS services
- Participates in continuous improvement techniques to improve efficiency to products and services provided by ITS.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma
- Minimum 2 years IT Help desk or desktop support experience Excellent listening skills that lead to providing our clients with 110% support and care
- Proficient with Windows 1 and 10 OS, Microsoft Office Suite Proficient in first call resolution/computer support Ability to answer phones and transfer to appropriate person
- Typing speed of 40+ wpm required
- Previous experience using Banner ERP, Giva ITSM or other ITSM software is a PLUS!
SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Must be available between the hours of 8AM-10PM if needed including weekends. Rotating on call weekends every 4-6 weeks
This position is expected to last 90 days or more depending on work load
PAY: $17/hr
