About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our manufacturing team in Marston, MO. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the production of wooden reels and be proficient in operating a sit-down forklift. This role is responsible for supporting daily production goals, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and leading by example on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of production associates in the wooden reel manufacturing process.

• Operate a sit-down forklift safely to move materials and finished products.

• Ensure production schedules are met with attention to quality and safety standards.

• Monitor workflow and provide guidance or training as needed.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate daily operations.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous Team Lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting required.

• Experience in wooden reel production or similar woodworking environment preferred.

• Valid forklift certification and proven experience operating a sit-down forklift.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
