Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a motivated Talent Coordinator in Locust Grove / Jenkinsburg. In this fast-paced and career-building role, you will be responsible for supporting a dynamic recruiting team, creating an exceptional candidate experience, leading onboarding and compliance efforts, processing I-9s and E-Verify, assisting with payroll and reporting, and contributing to branch marketing and social media initiatives. In a Talent Coordinator job you’ll be responsible for:
? Serving as the first friendly point of contact for candidates and clients (in person, phone, and email)
? Processing I-9 documentation and completing E-Verify in compliance with federal guidelines
? Managing onboarding and compliance processes including background checks and drug screens
? Supporting payroll, timecard follow-up, and maintaining accurate system documentation
? Assisting with recruiting efforts, sourcing talent, reporting, marketing, and general office administration

? Strong communication and customer service skills
? High attention to detail and organizational skills
? Ability to multitask in a fast-moving office environment
? Proficiency in basic computer systems and willingness to learn new software
