TALENT COORDINATOR

In a Talent Coordinator job you’ll be responsible for:

• Conducting initial resume reviews of applied candidates to filter out applicants who do not meet minimum qualifications

• Interfacing with hiring managers to verify desired screening criteria

• Coordinating phone screen appointments between recruiters and approved candidates

• Supporting administrative recruitment functions to ensure timely candidate processing

What you’ll need:

• At least 3+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, candidate screening, or administrative support

• Strong communication skills for professional candidate and manager interaction

• Excellent organizational abilities to manage high-volume scheduling and resume tracking

Perks:

• Competitive pay rate starting at $28-$33/hr

• Full-time schedule (40 hours per week, standard 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM hours)
