Role Overview
The Talent & Benefits Coordinator (TBC) is an on-site HR role focused on supporting business strategy through effective talent management, benefits administration, and employee relations.

The TBC reports to the Human Resources Generalist (HRG), with oversight from the Director of Human Resources (DHR).
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Coordination & Strategy Support
- Assist in developing and implementing the HR Calendar
- Act as a liaison between HR and departments/facilities
- Support organization-wide review of HR policies and practices
- Stay updated on HR trends, issues, and compliance topics
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Job requisitions
- Candidate screening and selection
- Ensure managers understand and follow Workday processes
- Partner with leadership on:
- Staffing plans
- Recruitment strategies
- Retention efforts
- Maintain and update job descriptions
3. Pre-Onboarding & Hiring Processes
- Coordinate pre-onboarding activities for:
- Develop transition plans and ensure all prerequisites are completed
- Prepare and manage job offers, especially for non-exempt employees
- Support HRG/DHR with exempt-level hiring processes
4. Onboarding & Employee Integration
- Oversee onboarding for both exempt and non-exempt employees
- Provide guidance on:
- Company policies
- Benefits programs
- General onboarding procedures
- Coordinate logistics such as:
- ID badges/key cards
- Email setup
- Uniforms
- Parking access
- Employee photos
5. Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure all required employee documentation is:
- Completed
- Verified
- Stored properly
- This includes:
- Benefits enrollment
- Policy acknowledgments
- I-9 forms and legal compliance documents
