Shipping/Receiving Clerk (Forklift Required)

Shift & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM | $18.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: 4:15 PM – 12:45 AM | $20.00/hr

Job Summary:
Openwork is hiring a Shipping/Receiving Clerk with forklift experience to support warehouse and production operations. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting inventory processes.

Responsibilities:

• Unpack and verify incoming goods against purchase orders or invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of received items; report or reject damaged or incorrect shipments.
• Track and document outgoing shipments.
• Examine, stock, and distribute materials within inventory and on the production line.
• Prepare kitting packages as needed.
• Complete put-away of received goods into proper storage locations.
• Perform CPD labeling per customer requirements.
• Operate a forklift and handle heavy materials safely.

Requirements:

• Forklift certification required.
• Minimum 6 months of related experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, push, and/or move up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• High school diploma or GED required.
