Shipping Coordinator Houston, TX
$16.25 – $20.75 per hour

About the Role We are a growing company in the industrial distribution and supply industry looking for a reliable Shipping Coordinator to support our logistics and office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Review and organize shipping orders (domestic and international)
Assist with scheduling and tracking repackaging activities
Support shipping operations and help resolve order/logistics issues
Maintain communication between shipping and sales teams
Use inventory systems and office software to manage shipments
Perform general office tasks (filing, copying, data entry, etc.)
Assist with other duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Data entry experience and attention to detail
Good problem-solving and critical thinking ability
Customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable learning new systems and software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
2–4 years of administrative or clerical experience preferred
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
