Openwork is seeking a skilled Installer for a service company in Waco, TX. In this hands-on role, you’ll travel to client businesses to install dishwashers, perform routine maintenance, and ensure equipment is working properly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.

As an Installer, you’ll be responsible for:

• Traveling to client locations throughout Waco to install dishwashers and related equipment.

• Performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues during installations.

• Managing a daily route and ensuring installations are completed on schedule.

• Testing installed appliances to ensure proper operation.

• Maintaining accurate service records and reporting updates to management.

• Providing excellent customer service and representing the company professionally.

What you’ll need:

• 1–3 years of experience in appliance installation, maintenance, or a related mechanical role.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with hands-on troubleshooting.

• Valid driver’s license with a reasonably clean driving record.

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
