In an Equipment Service Technician job you’ll be responsible for:

• Assisting dealer service personnel by providing technical troubleshooting and repair guidance (over the phone and onsite).

• Supporting the identification of spare parts and warranty issues.

• Providing user experience feedback to Engineering for continuous improvement of tractor products.

• Visiting dealerships to train service technicians, resolve complex repair challenges, and ensure customer satisfaction.

What you’ll need:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on mechanic experience with agricultural equipment.

• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and precision farming technology.

• Advanced knowledge of tractor systems (engines, transmissions, auxiliary equipment like loaders/implements).

• Associate’s Degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering (Bachelor’s preferred).

• Familiarity with MS Office, electronic documentation systems, and diagnostic tools.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and willingness to travel for onsite dealership support.
