Job Title: Full-Time Service Porter

Schedule:
- Off every Tuesday and Sunday
- Works Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Service Porter to join our team. This role is essential in supporting daily service operations by greeting customers, managing vehicle flow, and ensuring a smooth and organized service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival
- Follow established procedures to dispatch keys and service repair orders
- Move and organize customer vehicles safely and efficiently
- Assist service advisors and technicians as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and order in service drive and lot areas
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license (DL)
- Reliable and punctual with strong attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and established processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Work Environment
This position involves working outdoors and in a dealership service environment, including frequent vehicle movement and customer interaction.
