Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 30-Minute Lunch

Openwork is seeking an organized and dependable Justice Court Clerk for a full-time opportunity in Houston, TX. We're looking for someone with strong clerical, computer, and customer service skills who can accurately support daily court operations.

What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain court dockets, records, and files
- Prepare correspondence and other court documents
- Coordinate court appearances
- Administer oaths as required
- Perform accurate data entry
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Prepare certified copies and reports
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation
- Assist with general clerical and court-related duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of computer and clerical experience required
- 1+ year of paralegal, legal, court, or judicial system experience strongly preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills required, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable assisting callers and the public in a professional manner
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
- Dependable attendance and professional demeanor
