?? Assignment Details
- Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour (Paid Weekly! ?)
- Dates: November 16 – December 31, 2026
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends!)
- Location: South Austin, TX
- Position Type: Full-time, Seasonal / Temporary (Placed via Openwork)
? Key Responsibilities
- Receiving & Unloading: Unload incoming freight, inspect goods for damage, verify delivery documents, and scan/label items.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders quickly and accurately for shipping.
- Inventory Handling: Organize stock, update records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and assist with routine audits.
- Loading & Dispatch: Stage and load packed goods onto trucks, ensuring proper documentation (BOLs) is complete.
- Safety & Maintenance: Follow all facility safety protocols, safely operate basic warehouse equipment (like pallet jacks), and maintain a clean workspace.
? What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience is highly preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy items continuously throughout an 8.5-hour shift.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with handheld RF scanners and basic computer literacy. WMS or forklift experience is a strong plus!
- Attributes: High attention to detail, strong punctuality, and a commitment to workplace safety.
