OPENWORK IS NOW HIRING: Scrap Metal Laborer

Openwork is now hiring for a Scrap Metal Labor position. This is EXTREME physical labor. Please read carefully before applying.

Job Duties

• Work outdoors in ALL weather conditions — cold, rain, heat, and snow (NO EXCEPTIONS)

• Sort scrap metal by hand

• Clean debris and maintain yard cleanliness

• Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs repeatedly)

• Use hand tools and equipment as needed

• Assist with loading and unloading materials from customer and company vehicles

• Multitask in a fast-paced, physical environment

Requirements

• Dependable and punctual — MUST report to work EVERY day on time (NO EXCEPTIONS)

• Previous experience working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

• Physically fit and able to perform extreme labor

• Steel-toe boots required

Schedule & Pay

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Pay: $15/hr
