Now Hiring: Shipping & Receiving Lead Supervisor – Night Shift

Shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Schedule: Must be available for weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.

We are seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Lead Supervisor to oversee dock operations and lead a team of 3–4 forklift drivers. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, container-loading experience, and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient dock operations.

• Direct and support a team of 3–4 forklift drivers.

• Oversee container loading with close attention to detail.

• Operate a forklift and perform driver duties when needed.

• Follow and enforce all company safety and work procedures.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and equipment.

• Report to work on time and ready to begin each shift.

Requirements:

• Shipping and receiving experience with the ability to lead a team.

• Forklift certification and container-loading experience.

• Strong leadership, attention to detail, and basic math skills.

• Excellent attitude and a dependable attendance record.

• Ability to lift 55 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs when needed.

• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Petrochemical industry experience.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
