SALES SUPPORT (LOGISTICS)

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find an exceptional Sales Support Specialist in Southeast Houston. In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service to a global client base and supporting operations within an established international logistics leader. In a Sales Support job you’ll be responsible for:

• Mastering all communication related to customer order requisitions

• Assisting in providing top-level customer service to global clients

• Managing incoming customer requests via ERP/CRM, email, or phone

• Creating quote, proposal, and purchase order files for vendors

• Conducting reviews on all orders to ensure full customer satisfaction

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience in International Logistics (REQUIRED)

• Strong proficiency in ERP/CRM systems, email communication, and order management

• Excellent customer service skills with global accounts
