Openwork is currently conducting a search for a Sales Office Coordinator on behalf of a local electronic accessory company in Kennesaw, GA. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity focused on office coordination, sales support, internal communication, and operational administration. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting a fast-paced sales environment.
Coordinate and prepare sales documentation, presentations, and sales materials
Maintain and update pricing sheets and product documentation
Assist with sales updates, tracking, and internal reporting processes
Organize materials and logistics for meetings, trainings, and sales initiatives
Serve as a liaison between the sales team and internal departments to ensure clear communication and workflow efficiency
Process reimbursement requests and internal administrative forms accurately and timely
Support general office organization, administrative functions, and team coordination efforts
Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar business software
Previous administrative, sales support, or office coordination experience preferred
