Sales / Account Management
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Compliance Coordinator to support the sales process by ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and organization of contracts, proposals, pricing, and customer records. This role works closely with Sales, Operations, and Client Success teams to maintain efficient workflows and ensure all sales-related activities align with company policies and standards.
Review sales proposals for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company guidelines.
Audit pricing to ensure alignment with approved rate structures and margin expectations.
Verify discounts, concessions, and incentives are properly approved and documented.
Identify discrepancies and coordinate necessary corrections with relevant stakeholders.
Ensure all sales documentation follows established approval procedures.
Review and process contracts prior to final approval and execution.
Maintain organized digital contract and proposal files.
Track contract status, revisions, signatures, and renewals.
Ensure executed agreements are properly documented and distributed internally.
Maintain accurate customer, pricing, contract, and proposal records within the CRM system.
Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, completeness, and consistency.
Generate reports and assist leadership with compliance tracking and sales analysis.
Communicate approval statuses, revisions, and compliance concerns in a timely manner.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Client Success teams to support onboarding and implementation processes.
Assist in developing and improving sales compliance workflows and standard operating procedures.
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field preferred but not required.
1–3 years of experience in sales support, contract administration, compliance, operations, or a related role.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Experience with CRM systems and document management platforms (Salesforce preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Understanding of pricing structures and margin analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments.

Pay: $25 p/h
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
