Openwork is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Service Coordinator to join an established industrial equipment manufacturer in Oklahoma City, OK 73179.

This position is based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and also supports the company's operations in Houston, Texas. The role combines inside sales, customer service, technician scheduling, and service agreement management to help ensure efficient operations and a positive customer experience across both locations.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced industrial environment.

This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering $60,000–$70,000 annually, plus additional earning potential through sales incentives and parts sales commissions.

Position Details

• Additional Support: Houston, TX operations

• Travel: Occasional customer site visits

Key Responsibilities

• Promote, sell, and renew service and preventive maintenance agreements.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying new sales opportunities.

• Prepare service quotes, contracts, and renewal agreements.

• Schedule and coordinate field technicians for maintenance, repairs, and service appointments.

• Support service scheduling and customer needs for both Oklahoma City and Houston operations.

• Coordinate equipment service requests, replacement parts, and customer approvals.

• Prepare quotes and process orders for industrial equipment parts and repairs.

• Monitor open service requests, parts orders, and contract renewals.

• Maintain accurate customer records, service agreements, work orders, and sales documentation.

• Update ERP, CRM, and service management systems.

• Follow up with customers, address concerns, and provide timely service updates.

• Assist with sales tracking, reporting, and daily administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, service coordination, dispatch, contract administration, or parts sales.

• Experience in a technical or industrial environment required, such as manufacturing, industrial equipment, HVAC, or related industries.

• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Experience coordinating technician schedules, service requests, or customer orders.

• Ability to prepare accurate quotes, contracts, and service documentation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Experience using ERP, CRM, or scheduling software.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn industrial equipment and parts.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently and with a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling service agreements or preventive maintenance contracts.

• Background in industrial equipment, manufacturing, or technical service operations.

• Experience with Epicor ERP or field service management software.

• Familiarity with industrial machinery, replacement parts, or equipment repairs.

• Experience supporting customers or service operations across multiple locations.

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
