In a Returns Associate (Bilingual Mandarin required) job you’ll be responsible for:
- Communicating with clients coming in.
- Processing returns.
- Updating the system as well.
- Comfortable with the heavy lifting.
What you’ll need:
- Prior warehouse.
- Ability to speak, read, and write Mandarin and English.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with inventory systems or WMS preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift.
