Meador an Openwork Company is seeking two TEMPORARY RETIREMENT SUPPORT SPECIALISTS to support our Customer Benefits division. This is an entry- to journey-level role responsible for assisting with retirement and benefits program operations, maintaining member records, and providing customer support
As a Retirement Support Specialist you’ll be responsible for:
Process retirement documents and approve retirements for all service classes
Research, verify, and process retirement account withdrawals and beneficiary designations
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support regarding benefits programs
Maintain and update member records; track interactions in internal systems
Assist members with benefit program questions and guidance
Prepare standard correspondence related to benefits programs
Analyze, scan, and upload documents into appropriate workflows
Maintain accurate records, files, and reports
Ensure compliance with agency policies, procedures, and attendance standards
What you’ll need:
At least 1 year of experience in a general office, accounting, benefits, or payroll environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
Perks:
$20/hr
Fully remote
Work Environment
This is a fully remote assignment
Candidates must provide their own computer equipment and necessary accessories
