Job Title: Repair Technician (Computer/Server)

Shift & Pay:
- 1st Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM | $18.50/hr
- 2nd Shift: 4:15 PM – 12:45 AM | $20.50/hr
Job Summary:
Openwork is seeking a skilled Repair Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and test computer and server systems. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on hardware experience and a strong technical background.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair computer and server systems
- Install software and evaluate system reliability, compatibility, and functionality
- Build, test, and troubleshoot new products
- Perform benchmarking and document results for new products
- Ensure finished products meet company quality standards
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the electronics or computer industry
- Experience assembling computer systems
- Familiarity with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards is a plus
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift, push, and/or move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Education (Preferred):
- Associate degree in a related field
- College certificate in a related field
- CompTIA A+ certification
