Now Hiring | Repair Technician (Immediate Start)
Location: Olive Branch, MS
Shift: 3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM) | Monday – Friday
Pay: $22.50 – $26.50/hour (DOE)

Openwork is currently seeking skilled Repair Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and test computer server systems and hardware. In this role, you will evaluate system performance, assemble components, and ensure all products meet quality and functionality standards.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair computer server systems and hardware components

• Evaluate reliability, compatibility, and functionality of server hardware

• Build, test, and troubleshoot newly assembled systems and components

• Perform product testing and benchmarking while documenting results

• Identify hardware issues and complete repairs to restore functionality

• Ensure finished products meet established quality and performance standards

• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines

• Collaborate with team members to meet production and repair targets

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and server components

• Minimum 6 months – 1 year of related experience in computer hardware, electronics, or technology manufacturing environments

• Experience assembling computer systems or electronic components

• Familiarity with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards is preferred

• Strong troubleshooting ability and attention to detail

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• Ability to lift, push, and move up to 50 lbs regularly

Education

• Associate’s Degree in a related field or

• Technical/College Certificate in a related field or

• CompTIA A+ Certification preferred
