Required Qualifications
**All requirements listed below are non-negotiables and candidates will NOT be considered if you do not meet the following.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with proper documentation
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous customer service/call center experience required
- Must live within 50 miles of ZIP code 77598 for onboarding and equipment pickup
- Must have reliable high-speed internet
- Must be available to work any assigned shift between 8:00 AM and 1:00 AM, Monday through Sunday
- Schedules are assigned after training based on business needs. Assigned schedules are non-negotiable, and shift preferences will not be considered.
- Must pass a federal background check and drug screening
- Strong computer, data entry, and communication skills
