Job Summary

Openwork, formerly Meador Staffing, is hiring a friendly and professional Receptionist in Webster! If you’re organized, customer-focused, and enjoy being the first point of contact in a busy office, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Manage mail, packages, deliveries, and visitor sign-in.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
• Coordinate conference rooms, office supplies, and deliveries.
• Protect confidential information and follow company safety and security procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of receptionist or front desk experience preferred.
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused personality.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
