Meador Staffing, an Openwork company, is hiring a professional and reliable Receptionist for a client in Texas City, TX. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing essential administrative support across the office.
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Manage incoming mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed
Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks
Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare meeting spaces
Support various departments with clerical duties as required
Monitor and order office supplies to ensure adequate inventory
High school diploma required
Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Location: Texas City, TX
Pay: $17-$19/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
